WEDJ Student, Parent Win Citywide Award for Excellence at the Charter School Tribute Awards
The DC Association of Chartered Public Schools recognized three members of the WEDJ community with in the 2013 Charter School Tribute Awards ceremony. WEDJ 7th grade student Joshua Reynolds was recognized as DC’s most outstanding middle school student in a charter school. Malik Clea, an 8th grade student, was a finalist for the HOPE Award.
