World-Class Arts Instruction for PreK-8th Grade

Our school was founded to provide unparalleled, world-class arts instruction opportunities for DC’s children. Nowhere else in our city can children of all backgrounds–in a public school, for free–learn music, dance, theatre, and visual arts from teachers representing internationally acclaimed cultural institutions. We selected our conservatory partners because of their reputations for excellence and their deep experience in education. Together with our partners, we provide an exceptional academic and arts education experience for all of our students.
