Fall 2010 Re-Enrollment Form

Please fill out the following to enroll for Fall 2010. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

For current families only.
We have now opened enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year! As we celebrate the successes of our fourth and fifth years we are simultaneously preparing for next year’s enrollment. In order to accurately determine next year’s enrollment goal, we ask for your help by taking the time to complete this form indicating your intention to re-enroll next year. Please take note: A form must be completed for each child currently enrolled for our records.  

Current students receive first preference in reserving a space for the next school year. Additionally, siblings of current students are given priority for enrollment and are automatically moved ahead of other students on the waiting list. In September 2010 WEDJ PCS will be expanding to include grades PK3 – 12th Grade on Edgewood Street, NE and PK – 7th grade on our NW Campus. Please indicate below if there is a sibling in your family that you would like to enroll in WEDJ PCS for the 2010-2011 school year for the first time only – there are no new enrollments for 12th grade and new 11th graders are subject to a transcript review prior to acceptance. 

It is very important that this form is returned to us no later than February 26, 2010 so that we can prepare to begin enrolling new students!  Families that do not return this form will be dropped from the re-enrollment roster for September 2010 and will NOT receive the full re-enrollment application package.
